• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact for product-related matters.
• Work with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to define product specifications and ensure successful launches.
• Deliver training on product features and benefits to key account stakeholders, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
• Track key account metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and product success.
Your QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, key account management, or related roles within the medical device industry.
- A strong understanding of the medical device market, industry regulations, and customer needs.
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and blend transactional and transformational leadership styles.
- Proven strategic decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of commercial ownership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, product management tools, and project management techniques.
- Flexibility in fast-paced environments, empathetic leadership, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
