Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager for our Banking Services offering, operating within our Banking & Wealth suite of products. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to build the next generation of banking products in Switzerland for the most innovative bank in the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences through user research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a forward-looking vision for our product and create an actionable roadmap.
  • Help define and refine our product strategy, set priorities, and identify opportunities to deliver value to our customers.
  • Develop key success metrics for new product releases and track usage against those metrics.
  • Collaborate with your teammates responsible for adjacent products to ensure a cohesive product experience across the entire Swissquote ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or in a similar role within the financial and banking industry.
  • A deep knowledge and understanding of the banking scene, competition landscape, and market trends, with a particularly good grasp of such dynamics in the Swiss market.
  • A data-driven mindset – experience with Tableau or similar tool a real plus.
  • A great storyteller with outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing a vision in a concise and clear way to inspire and align with stakeholders from team members to C-level executives.
  • A curious and innovative intra-preneur able to identify opportunities to stay ahead of the curve and delight our customers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and our working language. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.

About the Role
