About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Institutional market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Ecolab's market share in the Institutional sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical surveys to ensure a targeted Ecolab program.
  • Prepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new business.
  • Manage the relationship transition to the Local Sales Team.
  • Participate in trainings involving a combination of classroom and on-the-job assessments.
  • Build and foster industry contacts via networking, trade shows, functions, and equipment suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4 years of outside sales experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors.
  • A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
  • Be results-oriented and possess a strong track record in a business-to-business selling role.
  • Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
