Sales Development Manager

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Institutional market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Ecolab's market share in the Institutional sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct technical surveys to ensure a targeted Ecolab program.
- Prepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new business.
- Manage the relationship transition to the Local Sales Team.
- Participate in trainings involving a combination of classroom and on-the-job assessments.
- Build and foster industry contacts via networking, trade shows, functions, and equipment suppliers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of outside sales experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors.
- A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
- Be results-oriented and possess a strong track record in a business-to-business selling role.
- Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
