**Job Summary:**

Moncler is seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to lead its Flagship store in Zurich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing store operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Service Standards: Ensure that Moncler sales and service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales reports and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Employee Development and Engagement: Coach and develop team members to ensure individual growth, employee engagement, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Customer Service and Loyalty: Foster strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Understand the competitive environment, trends, and identify future business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, team management, and employee development.
  • Fluency in German, proficiency in English, and another language is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
