Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our culinary team. As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish is presented perfectly and meets the expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish is presented perfectly and meets the expectations of our guests.
  • Monitor the daily work assigned to colleagues and ensure that given guidelines are followed, and the necessary corrective measures have been taken, if necessary.
  • Supervise and support team members in their own sections in order to achieve optimum quality.
  • Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times.
  • Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Requirements
  • A driven, professional, and confident Demi Chef de Partie with a proven track record working within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience in a highly active environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently to control wastage of food and non-food items.
