Customer Service and Administration Assistant

Your Responsibilities:

As a customer service and administration assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks and projects. You will coordinate daily orders through our online shop and take on a significant part of the administration in the third year, serving as the first point of contact for customers and providing comprehensive support from start to finish.

You will handle correspondence in German and English, customer service, sales, and on-site sales in our store. As we are a lively company that conducts many public and private courses, you will also be introduced to the world of chocolate. You will occasionally work in our external warehouse and learn various tasks related to e-commerce directly on site, supporting the local team.

Your Work Environment:

You will work at our location in Adliswil, where we have a sales store, film and photo studio, and event spaces. We are a small and young team that faces new challenges every day. Your workspace will usually be in the office, and you will spend most of your time working on a computer.

As we are a small team of experienced young employees, we will often support each other during peak periods, and you may occasionally need to leave your designated area to assist us where needed.

What You Bring:

You should be outgoing and motivated, with a diverse interest in working in a young and uncomplicated team. Quick understanding and processing of tasks are essential. If you are a small organizational talent, reliable, willing to take responsibility, and have a secondary education, and you bring good German language skills and a flair for the world of baking and chocolate, you are exactly right for us
