Your mission

As a Lead Cloud & Datacenter Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing highly complex IT infrastructures. You are an expert who thrives on tackling sophisticated engineering challenges from start to finish. Your role involves leading technical projects, analyzing intricate customer requirements, and delivering top-tier cloud and datacenter solutions with precision. You will bring your deep expertise in VMware, virtualization, compute, storage, and networking to deliver cutting-edge cloud architectures for both internal and customer-facing environments.

- Analyze complex customer requirements (feasibility, technical implementation)
- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of advanced IT infrastructures
- Consult on and optimize cloud solution architectures, with a focus on scalability and performance
- Operation and monitoring of systems for cloud providers and enterprise customers
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of highly complex IT projects
- Direct and manage large-scale maintenance tasks for mission-critical infrastructures
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and expertise within the team

- Proven expertise as a Datacenter Engineer with comprehensive experience in VMware, compute, storage, and network technologies
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms
- Mastery in complex engineering tasks, project management, and infrastructure design
- Highly skilled in scripting and automation for large-scale systems
- Extensive experience managing Microsoft and Linux server environments
- Track record of leading successful, high-level IT projects
- Flexible, resilient, and solution-oriented
- Quick to comprehend complex systems and adept at precision work
- Fluent in English (spoken/written)
- Bonus: Experience with VMware Cloud Director, NSX, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and advanced modern architectures
