  2. Provide support for existing applications, suggesting improvements to enhance their functionality and performance.
  3. Advise users on development best practices and provide guidance on software engineering principles.

About the Job:

  1. A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
  2. You should have excellent Excel skills, with experience in VBA being a significant plus.
  3. Good knowledge of Python, particularly with Pandas, is essential for this role.
  4. A strong background in Software Engineering is necessary, with hands-on experience in 1st or 2nd level support for Business-Critical Applications.
  5. Familiarity with Linux and Windows administration, as well as SQL query writing, is expected.
  6. Bonus points for experience with Schematic, Java, AWS Cloud Services, Bash scripting, and Full Stack development.
  7. C#.NET, Selenium, and Outlook VBA skills can be beneficial but are not mandatory.
  8. To succeed in this position, you must be able to work efficiently under pressure, possess a result-oriented mindset, and have excellent analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  9. You will need to support a shift between 7 am and 6 pm from our Lausanne office and be flexible to stay late in case of exceptional issues.
  10. Proficiency in English is essential; French and/or German language skills are a plus.
