Learning and Talent Development Operations Officer

This role will be part of the Pictet Academy, which supports the development of our employees and corporate culture worldwide by identifying learning needs and implementing effective solutions.
Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will provide operational support to training programs and initiatives within the Pictet Academy and our learning and talent development community. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Administration and Reporting
- Managing course enrollments in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Executing communication plans for training programs and tracking participant assessments.
- Coordinating logistics and maintaining shared files on SharePoint. - Invoicing and Cost Management
- Producing cost estimates and collaborating with external suppliers.
- Reviewing invoices for all Pictet Academy-related expenses and verifying SAP reporting. - Optimization and Project Management
- Contributing to the implementation of LEAN processes and suggesting improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years' experience in an operational support position. Relevant experience in learning and development or project management would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and customer service expertise. Additionally, proficiency in reporting tools, LMS, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation), and strong communication skills are essential.
