Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graduate - Operations Strategy & Services to join our team in the Operations Strategy & Services department. As a Graduate, you will work closely with experienced professionals to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery across our Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Asset Servicing divisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the service catalogue offered by Operations teams to meet evolving customer needs.
- Assess internal clients' strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and prepare the yearly budget.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and infrastructure changes, informing business decisions and strategy development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Operations teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders across the organization, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Operations team, encouraging innovation and growth.
Your Qualifications
To succeed as a Graduate, you will require:
- A recent graduate degree from a reputable university or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Between six months and two years of experience after graduation working for an international company or in a multicultural environment.
- An enquiring mind with an ability to innovate and a strong team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive involvement in extracurricular activities and contributions to specific projects (academic, humanitarian, etc.) would be highly appreciated.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
