Job Responsibilities

The Senior People Partner will be responsible for operating model design and implementation, including alignment of organizational structures, processes, decision rights, and culture. This will involve working closely with senior leaders to ensure that the organization is best fit to deliver ambitious business strategy, with clear roles and responsibilities.

The position is located in our headquarter in Neuhausen, Switzerland, and in this capacity, you will also be the country representative for all employee-related topics.

As part of the global People & Culture leadership team, this role will lead and support HR functional initiatives and change programs, act as a sponsor and advocate of functional changes, capability, policy, and process evolution.

Requirements
  • Education: BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership (CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, Markets, People & Culture) and supporting large-scale organizational transformations.
