Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Aufbau Application Management für eine neue Applikationslandschaft
  • Betrieb und Wartung verschiedener bestehender und neuer Applikationen aus dem Businessbereich (z.B. Abacus) als auch Datacenter-Betrieb (z.B. SCADA) von On-Premises- bis SaaS-Lösungen
  • Incident Management und 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen, Benutzerhandbüchern und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Koordination der Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen, Schnittstellen und zugehörigen Komponenten mit allen Beteiligten
  • Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenverträgen
  • Beratende Unterstützung in Projekten zur Einführung neuer Anwendungen oder der Migration bestehender Systeme
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutz-Richtlinien
Deine Fähigkeiten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Vertiefte Erfahrung als Application Manager
  • Kenntnisse in Operational Technology (OT) als auch Vertrautheit mit ITIL-Prozessen sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine systematische und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur effektiven Problemlösung
  • Belastbare, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Stelle ist neu geschaffen und das Team befindet sich im Aufbau. Dennoch stellen wir sicher, dass du bei uns gut eingearbeitet wirst. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist in Lupfig mit der Möglichkeit, auch im Home Office zu arbeiten. Unsere Infrastruktur ist auf modernem Standard. Wir leben eine Du-Kultur und haben flache Hierarchien. Dich erwartet eine 42-Stunden-Woche und 5 Wochen Ferien - wobei wir letztes Jahr allen Mitarbeitenden zusätzlich 3.5 Tage geschenkt haben.
