About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems to ensure their performance, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and associated components.
- Perform installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations of SAP systems in on-premise and cloud environments (Azure).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical incidents and problems, and implement performance tuning to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams to support system enhancements, new implementations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.
- Coordinate and plan upgrades and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing system optimizations and automation opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for SAP systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies, and security best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members when needed.
