Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy tailored to the Swiss market.
  • Identify and nurture key client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Secure and oversee profitable client contracts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in marketing-related industries, preferably in market research or data analytics.
  • A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss marketing and market research landscape, as well as the competitive environment.
  • Experience in managing a P&L.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
