About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our IT Service Management engineering team as a stream lead, with a strong focus on shaping the ITSM roadmap and its adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of processes and features within our ITSM solutions.
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure delivery within projects.
  • Guide a team of ITSM engineers in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement ITSM strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth workflow across projects by collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus).
  • Fluent English and good German spoken and written skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as those of others.
  • Empathy: Capacity to understand and share the feelings of team members.
  • Influence: Skill in persuading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial solutions.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
