Job Description

The RM Group (Switzerland) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance for the Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, manage purchase orders and accounts payable invoices, and perform various other tasks as required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support for multiple teams.
  • Manages financial transactions and maintains accurate records.
  • Performs cost tracking and manages budgets.
  • Assists with event management and vendor relations.
  • Offers telephone support and maintains confidentiality.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent language skills in English and German.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
