We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team at the University of Zurich. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects in the fields of Economics of Education and Labor/Personnel Economics.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and publish high-quality research projects
- Assist in teaching of BA/MA classes on personnel economics and related topics
- Supervise Bachelor and Master theses
Your Profile
The ideal candidate must possess a master's degree with excellent grades in Economics or a related quantitative field. Training in microeconomics, econometrics, and statistics is required.
Candidates should have a strong motivation for scientific research within applied microeconomics, good organizational skills, very good oral and written communication skills in English, and hands-on experience with statistical software.
A willingness to work hard, be self-motivated, and learn will be essential for success in this position.
