We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to join our South Europe team in Switzerland.

This role involves working closely with customers, prospects, and partners to design and implement tailored solutions using ARIS capabilities. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will exhibit exceptional consulting maturity, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage in-depth solution architecture and technical knowledge of ARIS to deliver business value.
  • Evaluate prospects to ensure alignment with ARIS capabilities.
  • Provide high-quality support to sales and pre-sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Own key accounts from a technical perspective, identifying opportunities and guiding clients in implementing complex business solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and partners through engaging interactions.

Key Functions:

External Facing

  • Progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Develop RFI/RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and prospects to address business needs.
  • Analyze prospect requirements and present ARIS solutions.
  • Design POC/POV scenarios and lead implementation teams.
  • Foster trusted relationships with customers and prospects.

Internal Facing

  • Contribute to authoring materials and business solution demonstration scenarios.
  • Advise senior management on technical and business strategy.
  • Maintain alignment with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Capture and share competitive intelligence.
  • Guide Solution Architects in technical and business situations.

Required Skills:

Customer-Oriented Skills

  • Experience engaging with senior leaders on solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to present technology solutions to executives.
  • Ability to craft and review Proof of Concept documents.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customers.

Business and Leadership Skills

  • Demonstrate a team attitude and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time and deliver on deadlines.

Technology and Consultative Skills

  • Strong understanding of ARIS and its internal architecture.
  • Experience with implementation of ARIS products.
  • Expert in providing best practices to clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years in process management including process transformation.
  • 5+ years practical process modelling, analysis, mining, and GRC.
  • 3+ years in consulting management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple customers.
