As a key member of our team at JC New Retail AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts across the AT/CEE region. Your responsibilities will include disciplinary management of our transnational marketing unit, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing planning processes, and strategic involvement in planning processes.
Your ProfileWe are seeking an individual with a comprehensive marketing perspective, including omni-channel experience, and cross-company management skills. A high willingness to travel for local market proximity is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industry. Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also crucial, as is the ability to lead, develop, and motivate internal and external project teams.
