Our Transformation and Performance Excellence Team

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation and Performance Excellence team, responsible for designing and executing Vontobel's transformation strategy. The team plays a key role as an interface between the controlling team and the business, driving financial planning and budgeting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business initiatives with regards to financial planning and budgeting, ensuring successful execution and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of transformation initiatives, mitigating risks and providing regular updates.
  • Manage risks associated with initiatives, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Provide support to finance and controlling staff to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and controlling operations, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, with vast knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of asset management or wealth management and the financial industry, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
