Data-Driven Business Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Business Expert to join our team at RM Group (Switzerland). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing financial systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business cases, use cases, user stories, and reports, to support project delivery and ongoing operations.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the finance industry, preferably in investment banking, asset management, or a similar sector.
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and financial systems, such as accounting software (SAP S/4HANA), trading platforms, or risk management tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, and markets.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
  • A high degree of self-organisation and time management.
  • Analytical and solution-orientated thinking.
