Job Overview

We are seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations and ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including employee life cycle, team building, and well-being.
  • Organize and maintain administrative files and documents.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing business trips, arranging appointments, and processing expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Provide quality customer service and welcome visitors.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in team/office management and other admin and people services for at least a few years in Switzerland. Good knowledge of Swiss labour law is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with fluent English (required), French, and Italian (desirable).
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (like Odoo).
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and ability to act as a caring team member.
