In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of Cell and Gene Therapy operations at Roche. As a seasoned expert, your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless orchestration and exception management across our end-to-end value chain.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, reducing errors, and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Maintain close communication with stakeholders, including global deployment teams and local functional business units, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that optimize the patient experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in CGT, applying your knowledge to enhance Roche's operational capabilities.

About You:

  • You hold 3+ years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries, with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Your expertise in SAP systems, ERP, and EDI interfaces is unmatched, and you're eager to expand your skillset to include CGT platforms.
  • You possess exceptional problem-solving skills, outstanding facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging your analytical and critical thinking skills to drive results-oriented solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
