Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, taking into account the industry standards for a similar position in the development sector.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality projects and proposals that align with our organization's goals and objectives;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including bilateral and multilateral donors, NGOs, private sector foundations, and other partners;
  • Identifying emerging trends, interests, methodologies, and priorities in the development sector and communicating them effectively to adapt our strategies;
  • Mobilizing funds through various financial mechanisms, such as debt financing, revenue-based financing, and impact bonds;
  • Managing effective sales teams and providing guidance on sales activities;
  • Participating in an overarching planning process and assisting in implementing and monitoring goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record and deep expertise in designing and developing high-quality projects and proposals;
  • A strong network with our target client groups and donors;
  • Experience in managing effective sales teams and providing guidance on sales activities;
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the entrepreneurship and innovation space;
  • A deep understanding of finance and knowledge of solving financing needs of beneficiaries through various financial mechanisms;
  • Experience in new or more innovative forms of setting up development projects for entrepreneurs in emerging markets.
