About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee to join our team at Bär & Karrer. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and challenging mandates, supporting our experienced lawyers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting partners and teams in mandates, including research, analysis, and drafting of documents;
  • Working on large and complex mandates, often involving multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Developing and implementing solutions to complex legal problems;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Staying up-to-date with legal developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

About You:

  • Completed law master's degree from a reputable institution;
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results;
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, with a desire to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
