Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance, and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
- Salary according to the Collective Labor agreement L-gav and Hotela.
- 13th month.
