Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
- Preferred knowledge of Radisson and Emma PMS systems
- Enthusiasm and a true team player
- Service-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland
- English and German speaking
- Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and festive days
- Salary according to the Collective Labor agreement L-gav and Hotela
- 13th month
