Join Our Team as a Reservations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reservations Specialist to join our team at Dorint Airport-Hotel Zürich. As a Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling reservations, guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage reservations for our five hotels
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Upsell and promote our hotel services to guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
