Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter, der unsere industriellen Anlagen erfolgreich leitet und unsere Projekte auf die nächste Ebene bringt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Ausarbeitung, Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen Spritzgiessen, Montage, Nachbearbeitung (z.B. Bedruckung, Verpackung etc.)
  • Gesamtverantwortung innerhalb von Projekten für die Projektplanung und –umsetzung, wie auch Termin und Kostenkontrolle; Mitarbeit bei CAPEX-Beantragung sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung und Nachkalkulation
  • Mitarbeit bei der Lieferantenevaluation für Produktions- und Montageanlagen sowie Peripheriegeräte (wie z.B. Handling, Robotik10, Bedruckung, Etikettierung, Beutelverpackung, etc.)
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften mit internen Kunden und externen Lieferanten
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen hinsichtlich Ursachenanalyse, Lösungsfindung und Implementierung von Abstellmassnahmen im Prozess
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Re-/Validierungsprozessen im Rahmen von Änderungsprozessen, wie. z.B. Material, Etiketten, Bedruckung, Verpackung, etc.
  • Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams im Rahmen von Optimierungen für neue sowie bestehende Produktionsprozesse
Qualifikationen
  • Technische Grundausbildung, darauf aufbauende Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Industriebetrieben, in der Projektleitung
  • Breite technische und ökonomische Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Automation und Spritzguss
