HRIS People Engagement Trainee

As an HRIS People Engagement Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the ongoing Workday Implementation Project, with a focus on the Recruiting and Talent Management Modules. Collaborating with the HR People Engagement team to facilitate employee feedback surveys by managing the data flow from our HRIS system into the survey platform, ensuring all necessary demographic information is included. Aiding the HR People Engagement team in deploying Employee Feedback Surveys across various Maisons, Functions, and Regions.WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE WITH US?
You possess exceptional communication skills, are detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of initiative, complemented by a collaborative spirit. You are organized and enjoy tackling challenges to find solutions. You have a client-focused mindset and are open to new ideas, enjoying the process of connecting various elements. You are driven to enhance the workplace experience for all and contribute positively to the overall work environment. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in French is an advantage.
