Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will include:
- Outreaching to clients and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Scheduling appointments or transferring qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for further engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business pitches.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective task management and deadline adherence.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
