Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team at AXEPTA SA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have a seamless and efficient experience with our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and concise guidance to employees on IT-related matters, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of the solutions provided.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our IT services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT systems and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
