Located in the heart of the Jungfrau region, the Hotel Regina is seeking a skilled F&B Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for F&B management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for cost control and finance.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive F&B cost control and inventory management system, overseeing F&B operations, and providing training to F&B staff.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and German, with a strong ability to engage with an international clientele.

We offer a 100% fixed-term contract, starting in November.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a brand ambassador for the Hotel and its F&B departments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive F&B cost control and inventory management system.
  • Assume responsibility for F&B operations of all F&B outlets.
  • Provide training to F&B staff to help them reach Relais & Châteaux standards.
  • Analyse guests' feedback and take actions accordingly.
  • Prepare F&B staff schedules based on forecasts.
  • Revamp menu designs to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee F&B reservations across all channels.
  • Manage beverage stock control in accordance with hotel occupancy forecasts.
  • Coordinate banquet groups in collaboration with the chef.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Hotel training required.
  • Language skills: German, French, or English.
