Executive Housekeeper

Hosco is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the Hotel Regina in Wengen, Switzerland.

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's accommodation department, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a permanent contract position, starting in December 2024.

• Convey a positive image of the hotel through excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Organize and supervise all department services, including laundry, uniforms, public areas, boutique, room, and flat cleaning.
• Draw up work schedules for the floors and laundry.
• Supervise and train the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stocks for the Housekeeping/Laundry department.
• Check rooms, common areas, storage, and reserves to ensure they meet hotel standards.
• Work closely with the F&B department to ensure smooth Room Service operations.
• Manage internal communication and track information between hotel departments.
• Monitor CARDEX and inform the reception of any changes.
• Supervise and ensure that hotel linen and guest linen are cleaned to a high standard and on time.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• 3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Hotel training required.
• Language skills in German, French, or English.
