Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the Hotel Regina in Wengen, Switzerland. As a key member of our accommodation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Convey a positive image of the hotel through an exemplary attitude and professionalism.
  • Organise and supervise all department services (laundry, uniforms, public areas, boutique, room, and flat cleaning).
  • Draw up work schedules on the floors and for the laundry.
  • Supervise checking and training the team.
  • Manage stocks for the Housekeeping/Laundry department.
  • Check rooms, common areas of the hotel, storage, and reserves.
  • Ensure that Room Service runs smoothly, working closely with the F&B department.
  • Manage internal communication and track information between the Hotel departments: maintenance, F&B and reception.
  • Monitor CARDEX and inform the reception of any changes.
  • Supervise and ensure that the hotel's linen, as well as that entrusted by guests, is cleaned to a high standard and on time.
  • Help other departments where and when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Hotel training required.
  • Language skills: German, French or English.
