Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of notices, proxies, and minutes of board of directors, shareholders, and investment committee meetings.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various legal and financial documentation, including SPA, NDA, loan agreements, and subscription documents.
- Banking Documentation: Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation.
- Compliance: Respond to KYC requests and coordinate certifications and/or apostilles of various documentation.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up.
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office or a trust company
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English and French
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
