Job Summary

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten, der unsere Finanz- und Controlling-Abteilung in DHL Freight Schweiz leiten kann. Als Head of Controlling werden Sie die finanziellen und operativen Ergebnisse unseres Landes steuern und dabei die Rentabilitätsziele erreichen.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Monatsabschluss: Steuerung aller Monatsabschluss-Aktivitäten inklusive Analyse und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse.
  • Unternehmenssteuerung: Steuerung der finanziellen und operativen Ergebnisse und Vorschlagen von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Erreichung der Rentabilitätsziele.
  • Geschäftsplanung und Budgetierung: Einschließlich Prognosen, Forecast und Unterstützung der strategischen Ausrichtung für das Land.
  • Prozesseffizienz: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer lokalen Prozesse (insbesondere des Transport-Management-Systems) sowie die unserer Shared Service Centers (AR, AP, GL, IC, MD).
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
  • Finanzbezogener Hochschulabschluss
  • 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder Audit
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
