Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of Pilatus trainer aircraft and training system projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure all parties are fully aware of project objectives
  • Assist in detailed planning, communicate plans to stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Organize, prepare for, and lead customer meetings, acceptance events, and internal program reviews
  • Support the finalization of production, delivery, and acceptance plans in collaboration with customers and internal units/departments
  • Assist with financial aspects of projects to ensure financial objectives are fulfilled and generate/review plans, reports, and customer documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within the aircraft industry; previous programme management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Well-developed communication and reporting skills, with ability to make presentations and lead meetings
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad for extended periods, if required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German is highly desirable
  • Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and commitment to independent and accurate work
