Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and calibration procedures for equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Design and develop new equipment and tools to meet business needs
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment and tool-related issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and German (B2 level)
