We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Business Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our management team. The role will encompass a blend of project management, coordination, and data processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives; handle confidential correspondence and prepare detailed reports;
  • Project Management: Plan and execute projects, ensuring deadlines are met; coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams; monitor project progress and prepare status reports;
  • Coordination: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups;
  • Data Processing: Collect, analyze, and process data for reports and decision-making; develop and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; leverage software tools to automate workflows and enhance efficiency;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, such as executive assistant or project management;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools;
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage;
