We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer and Consultant to join our Product Center Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the development and knowledge of our international customers and sales employees.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct training sessions on-site or via videoconference to ensure knowledge building and transfer within the Endress+Hauser Group.
- Create video-based learning materials from script to video editing to support the development of innovative training concepts.
- Determine training needs through consultation with the sales force and our customers and develop training programs to meet their needs.
- Evaluate conducted expert training and user training sessions to ensure their effectiveness.
- Have successfully completed a degree or training in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally have initial experience as a trainer or coach in a software context.
- Have experience in moderating and designing training sessions and events.
- Possess comprehensive presentation skills and strong communication skills.
- Have knowledge of various teaching methods and their applications.
- Bring prior knowledge in the IIoT area (advantageous).
- Speak very good German and good English, both written and spoken, and have a willingness to travel about 10%.
