Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Researcher to join our team at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and conducting research projects in the field of human-centered technology development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct research projects in human-centered technology development and implementation.
- Acquire funding for research projects through grants and other sources.
- Publish research findings in reputable scientific journals and conferences.
- Engage in professional development, including leading the CAS Agile IT Project Management program.
- Teach in academic programs, such as the Applied Research Methods module.
Requirements:
- PhD in Business Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Research experience, demonstrated through publications and presentations at international conferences.
- Experience in acquiring and leading grant-funded projects.
- Methodological and didactic qualifications/experience in teaching and professional development.
- Strong knowledge and research experience in project management, research methods, human-centered technology design, HCI, and/or social robotics.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in German and English.
