Aufgaben- Leitung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich BPM und Prozessdigitalisierung.
- Akquise von Drittmitteln zur Finanzierung solcher Projekte.
- Publikation von Forschungsarbeiten in wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften und Konferenzen.
- Lehre inklusive Modulverantwortung im Bachelor und Master zu methodischen und technischen BPM-Modulen.
- Lehre in der Weiterbildung, insbesondere im CAS Prozessdigitalisierung.
- Promotion in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Forschungserfahrung, nachgewiesen durch Publikationen und Vorträge auf internationalen Konferenzen.
- Erfahrung in der Akquise und Leitung von Drittmittelprojekten.
- Methodisch-didaktische Qualifikation/Erfahrung in der Lehre und Weiterbildung.
- Fundiertes Wissen und Forschungserfahrung im Themenfeld BPM und Prozessdigitalisierung.
