Professional Air Traffic Simulation Pilot in Geneva

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Simulation Pilot to join our team at skyguide in Geneva.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing air traffic simulations and IFR pilot phraseology as part of defined exercises and training events for our Air Traffic Controllers. They will also need to demonstrate proficiency in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute air traffic simulations and IFR pilot phraseology as Simulator Pilot in defined exercises and respective training events for our Air Traffic Controller
- Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4)
- Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment radio, telephone, etc.)
- Fluent in English and French
- Interpersonal skills to foster constructive relationships with learners, customers, coworkers, and superiors
- Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours
- 6-10 days availability per month from October to March
- 1-2 days availability per month from April to September
- Real flight experience, or flight simulator experience is an asset
