Research Opportunity

As a PhD researcher at ETH, you will be part of an innovative project in Hybrid Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing quantum devices, conducting advanced microwave measurements, and developing solutions for the control and readout of spin qubits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize quantum devices for Hybrid Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics
  • Conduct experiments to investigate quantum-limited noise performance
  • Develop customized solutions for the control and readout of spin qubits
  • Explore scalability aspects of hybrid quantum systems

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who hold a master's degree in physics, Engineering Physics, or Applied Physics. You should have a strong interest and expertise in experimental quantum processors, quantum information science, superconducting devices, microwave engineering, and nanofabrication.
