Market Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with market organizations to implement marketing and sales strategies and develop the LabTec business in assigned regions.
- Organize regular virtual and face-to-face meetings for business reviews and best practice sharing with market organizations.
- Conduct strategic market assessments and propose recommended actions to address gaps.
- Act as primary contact for LabTec with market organizations to win their mindshare, provide business support, collect feedback on markets, tools, collateral needs, and share news.
- Coordinate and lead collection of regular customer feedback via direct account visits, round tables, and/or from different market organizations.
- Plan, coach, and support dealer management in strategic partnerships, contracts, marketing plans, and marketing.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and team.
- Bachelor or Master degree in natural science or engineering with at least 5 years of work experience as a sales manager, key account manager, dealer manager, or other sales-related function.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across different teams with various cultural backgrounds.
- Good sense for business opportunities and entrepreneurial attitude combined with excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel globally around 20-30%.
