About the Opportunity

EF Education First Gruppe is looking for a talented Customer Success Engineer to join our Signum division. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customers' success by providing top-notch support and training.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering team to deliver world-class solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs. You will be responsible for helping customers integrate and configure our products to suit their business requirements.

You will also be responsible for creating engaging content to communicate new features and product updates to the business. Furthermore, you will lead technical training sessions to empower users with the skills they need to succeed.
