**Job Summary**
Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Consulting department, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement comprehensive HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops with clients.
- Develop and deliver business process models and training programs for clients.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HCM consulting, implementation, or support.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR, Self-Service Human Resources, Learning, Talent, and Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and integration points with other modules.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
