Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Planning & Coordination: Develop and coordinate multi-country traditional media plans that balance consistency and local market needs.
  2. Pan-European Deals: Negotiate pan-European deals that deliver value and maximize media efficiency.
  3. Media Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with media partners, acting as the key point of contact to maintain and build strong partnerships.
  4. Best Practices & Innovation: Set best practices for traditional media buying while driving innovation through a test-and-learn agenda.
  5. Media Agency & Vendor Negotiations: Lead negotiations with media agencies and vendors to secure the best deals and ensure alignment with GM Europe's overall media strategy.
  6. Global/Regional/Local Media Buying Projects: Identify, manage, and steer media buying projects at global, regional, and local levels.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 4 -6 years experience in similar role
  2. Traditional Media Expertise: Proven experience in buying across Out of Home, TV, and Print media.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex media deals.
  4. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
  5. Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Experience setting best practices and evaluating the performance of traditional media campaigns.
