We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Framework Specialist to join our team at Orange Business Services. As a key player in our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Data Governance Frameworks: Design and deploy effective data governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to establish data governance standards and guidelines that promote data quality and security.
  • Maintain Data Governance Policies and Procedures: Regularly review and update data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and industry developments.
  • Conduct Data Quality Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of data quality and implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all data governance activities are aligned with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and other industry standards.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to staff on data governance best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
About You:
  • Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Data Governance: Proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data governance issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
